About me

Camila Valerio is a pianist and piano teacher based in London, UK. She holds a Master’s in Music Education from University College London (UCL) and previously completed her BMus (Hons) in Piano Performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, studying with Dr Daniel Tong and Katharine Lam. Camila began her piano studies at the age of eight.

During her time in Birmingham, she taught piano at Progress Music Academy, Small Heath Leadership Academy, and English Martyrs’ Catholic School. She also served as an ambassador to The Benedetti Foundation.

Alongside her musical training, Camila is passionate about visual arts and actively explores new ways of blending music and art to make learning enjoyable, engaging, and inspiring for her students. She uses this interdisciplinary approach to support musical creativity, enhance musicality and enrich the overall learning experience. Her teaching is guided by the belief that music enriches lives and supports the development of well-rounded students.

Camila currently teaches at MMQ Piano Studio, Music Tree, and in her private studio in London.
